Our clinic is situated in the Satya Priya Roy Sarani in Siliguri nearby the Nabagram Ration Shop.
We provide an advanced treatment plan that combines electrotherapy modalities and exercise to our patients from beginning to end.

I earned my BPT from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka. I personally oversee all treatment programs, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Co-Founder & Manager
Shreyasi is the operational backbone of Reborn Physiotherapy Clinic. She oversees all administrative aspects, scheduling, and facility management, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently 6 days a week.
